Processing purposes and legal basis:
               
R.Schütt GmbH, Managing Director Rolf Schütt, collects your data for the purpose of executing the contract, fulfilling its contractual and pre-contractual obligations and for direct advertising.

The data collection and data processing is necessary for the performance of the contract and is based on Article 6 (1) b) DSGVO. The data subjects have given their consent within the meaning of Article 6 (1) a) DSGVO to the processing of personal data relating to them for one or more specific purpose(s). The categories of data concern master data, contact data as well as payment data. Recipients of the data within the framework of the implementation of the contract and the purposes of the processing are the tax office and the social insurers. The data will not be passed on to third parties unless otherwise agreed in writing.  

The data will be stored for the duration of the business relationship without limitation. After termination of the business relationship, the data will be deleted after a retention period of 10 years, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the person concerned. The 10-year period begins at the end of the year in which the business relationship was terminated.
